Delivery & Returns Policy

Returns information:

We hope that you will be thrilled with your Bamboo Stone products but if you are not 100% satisfied, we will be happy to replace or refund any item that is not up to manufacturing standards or simply just not liked.
Please let us know within 14 days of the purchase date and then return the product within 14 days of notifying us for a refund or replacement.
This is your responsibility to contact Bamboo Stone to arrange items that are to be returned to us.
You can email us at info@bamboostone.co.uk, include your name, address, order number, a brief description of the issue and if possible please attach photos, so we can assist in any way we can. you can also get in touch via our Get in Touch page or on social media if that’s easier for you.
Due to the nature of some of our products, used, washed or laundered bedding, sanitary items and babies diapers are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a genuine manufacturing issue and it has been agreed by our team.
Returns postage must be paid for by the customer unless previously agreed with our team.
Please return the items in the original packaging where possible.

Currently, we only ship to UK addresses.
For delivery, we use Evri and Royal Mail. Items are charged at £4.50 for small items and £10 for larger items. All charges will be calculated at the checkout.
We offer FREE delivery for orders over £50.
Delivery can take between 3-5 working days depending on the size of the order and your location, so please allow additional time if you’re located in a remote place of the country.
We aim to ship products as quickly as possible and normally with in 24 hours but any orders received over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Please be aware that the weather and with any unforeseen issues i.e postal strikes may affect delivery & returns.
